Contactor cores are used in  the electrical appliances suitable for switching on and off the circuits and AC motors from the long distance. A special type of relay is used for switching an electrical circuit on or off and the swift movement of the pairs of contacts that serve to open and close external circuits is provided by the Contactor Cores. 

Contactor cores provide electromagnetic field whenever current flows where the moving coils attract each other. A large amount of current is drawn initially by an electromagnetic coil. The moving contact is pushed forward by moving core, as a result, the force created by the electromagnet holds the moving and fixed contacts together. Contactor cores range different sizes of contactor cores depending on the requirement of the output parameter.
